FAQ:
WHAT IS MY CODE?
The code is sent in 2 different ways.
1: View the paper that was sent home with your student.
2: In most cases, the code was emailed to you with your private gallery. (Some schools will not allow this but most do)
If you do not have the code after looking in both places, you may ask our office for the code but you MUST provide the following information.
•Student Name
•School Name
•Student ID Number
For the security and safety of the students, our office cannot and will not provide codes if the above information is not provided. Thank you for understanding and keeping our kids safe!
About a week after photo day, your student will come home with a paper with their image on it. DO NOT LOSE THIS! To access your child’s photo gallery, use the unique access code or scan the QR code provided on the paper brought home. This code and private link is also typically sent to the primary parent/guardian’s email. If it has been less than 7 days from photo day, we ask for you to wait to contact us as the school may not have handed out these papers yet.
How do I access my child's photo gallery?
Do not use the paper that announces when photo day is. The QR code is not your personalized link.

Can I order photos for all my children at once?
Yes, you can place a single order for multiple children. Simply log in with one child’s access code, add photos to your cart, then select “View Another Gallery'” to add photos from another child’s gallery before completing the checkout.
Is there a makeup day for photo sessions?
Most schools offer a makeup day for students who missed the original photo day. Check the initial photo day flyer or contact your school office for specific dates.
When will my child's photos be available to view?
Photos are typically ready to view online within 3–5 business days after the photo day. During peak seasons, please allow additional time for processing. Papers will be sent home with the code about a week after photo day. If it has been less than 7 days from photo day, we ask for you to wait to contact us as the school may not have handed out these papers yet.
Can I still order last year's photos?
In most cases, previous years’ photos are still available. Contact us with your child’s full name, school name, student ID number and the season/year of the photos you wish to order, and we’ll help you locate the gallery. Requests without this information cannot be fulfilled. During peek session, due to the time is takes to find archived photos, these requests may be put on hold to continue to produce the images of the current year and will will circle back to them during our off season.
How long do orders take to arrive?
Orders are shipped via USPS. USPS considers up to 10-12 days to be within a normal delivery time. Please only reach out if it has been a minimum of 15 days from your order. Your receipt will also have the delivery address on it. Please refer to your receipt and double check the correct address entered.
